Christmas with a Japanese Twist

As our summer hiatus comes to a close, the choir is ready to kick off rehearsals for our December concert series, “Christmas with a Japanese Twist”.

With our tour to Beaverton’s Sister City, Gotemba, and Friendly City, Ogaki, as well as Narita, Tokyo, and Kyoto, fresh in our minds, ISing Choir will celebrate Christmas by presenting traditional choral pieces with a twist of Japanese flavor.

Guest artists joining ISing Choir include Eri Muroi from Oregon Koto-kai, Takohachi taiko drum and dance ensemble, and Big Horn Brass.

Friday, December 1st, 7:30 pm
Saturday, December 2nd, 7:30 pm
Sunday, December 3rd, 3:00 pm

Locations are still being finalized, check back for current information.

This is a free event. Tickets are not required to reserve your seat.

ISing has raised and donated $213,798 to local charities – and we’re still counting!
